Founded in 1922, Wakonda Club is widely recognized as a premier private club. Whether it's dining, golf, tennis, swimming, or just relaxing, Wakonda has programs that consistently exceed our members' expectations.



Even though the course is recognized as one of the finest in the country, golf is not the only language we speak at Wakonda. We are also fluent in swimming and tennis. The swimming pool is one of Wakonda’s most distinctive features. The pool is designed to accommodate any swimmer, from the paddler to the 50-lapper. If tennis is your avocation, you will be well served at Wakonda. We offer five clay courts and two sand-filled grass courts. The summer calendar is filled with a myriad of events, some competitive, and others just for the fun of it. Professional instruction is always available at our golf, swim and tennis facilities.
